Aufgaben
- Act as a global strategic HR Business Partner for the Ophthalmology management team
- Provide professional HR advisory services
- Drive transformation and change processes towards Operational Excellence and performance
- Steer strategic and operational HR decisions
- Drive the development and implementation of the HR strategy
- Assist in organization design changes and workforce assessments
- Lead the HR contribution to the MED transformation agenda
- Steer the MED Future Program for the SBU from an HR perspective
- Ensure alignment with business priorities and global HR strategy
- Drive a high-performance culture by linking talent, leadership, organizational capabilities and incentives to business outcomes and strategic objectives
- Use people analytics and workforce insights to support workforce investments, productivity improvements and strategic resource allocation decisions
- Coach managers in talent and leadership development
- Manage succession planning processes
- Support strategic workforce planning based on business needs through HR analytics
- Facilitate the implementation of HR processes and programs with global and regional scope
- Manage interfaces to local HR Business Partners, country HR organizations and central HR functions
- Facilitate leadership team effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration across global business functions
- Drive harmonization and standardization of structures and processes across all sites
