Developing strategic sales plans for global OEM customers, identifying and closing new business opportunities. Minimum 5 years OEM or B2B business development experience required. Flat structures, fast decision-making processes.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development, sales, or account management in OEM or B2B sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue/market share
- Strong technical knowledge of OEM market and products/solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel frequently to meet global OEM customers and attend events
- Fluent in English

- Maintain and grow relationships with global OEM customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Understand global OEM customers' business needs and goals
- Align customer needs with product value propositions
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to global OEM customers
- Collaborate with OEM sales team and technical specialists
- Provide comprehensive and customized solutions
- Negotiate and close contracts with global OEM customers
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline
- Forecast and report on sales performance
- Provide market trends and competitive insights
- Share customer feedback and product requirements
