Anforderungen

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience in digital, agency, or tech-led environments
  • Proven success selling complex CGI, production, creative, and MarTech solutions
  • Business development expertise including contract writing, pricing strategy, negotiation, and compliance
  • Experience in crafting and delivering RFP/tender responses with cross-functional teams
  • Project management expertise with the ability to steer scope, risks, timelines, communication, and quality
  • Adept at quickly navigating organizational complexity and cross-regional collaboration
  • Flexible thinker who thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • Superb verbal, written, presentation, organisational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability, follow-through and responsiveness
  • A positive, collaborative mindset: sense of humour, resilience, curiosity and a can-do attitude
  • Fluent in English and German (additional languages a plus)
  • Experience working with large, global IT organisations
  • Experience working and navigating in large MarTech focussed organisations

  • Coordinate cross-functional responses to RFPs and tenders
  • Define go-to-market strategies and strategic account plans
  • Align messaging with Marketing and share market insights
  • Track and report on pipeline health and revenue targets
  • Act as a trusted advisor to potential customers
  • Recommend value-driven production and digital solutions
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and communication
  • Contribute to team culture and business planning
  • Enhance processes and best practices
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and team development
