Senior Business Development Manager(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- •4+ years of B2B sales experience in digital, agency, or tech-led environments
- •Proven success selling complex CGI, production, creative, and MarTech solutions
- •Business development expertise including contract writing, pricing strategy, negotiation, and compliance
- •Experience in crafting and delivering RFP/tender responses with cross-functional teams
- •Project management expertise with the ability to steer scope, risks, timelines, communication, and quality
- •Adept at quickly navigating organizational complexity and cross-regional collaboration
- •Flexible thinker who thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities with ease
- •Superb verbal, written, presentation, organisational and interpersonal communication skills
- •Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability, follow-through and responsiveness
- •A positive, collaborative mindset: sense of humour, resilience, curiosity and a can-do attitude
- •Fluent in English and German (additional languages a plus)
- •Experience working with large, global IT organisations
- •Experience working and navigating in large MarTech focussed organisations

- •Act as a trusted advisor to potential customers
- •Recommend value-driven production and digital solutions
- •Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and communication
- •Contribute to team culture and business planning
- •Enhance processes and best practices
- •Facilitate knowledge transfer and team development
