In this role, you will connect internal stakeholders with Finance CSS Centers, ensuring smooth collaboration on accounting topics. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve proactive stakeholder management, tailored financial support, and leading improvements in finance processes.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in Finance and Accounting or comparable professional education
• •At least 5 years of experience in General Accounting and Reporting
• •Strong knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting standards (HGB, OR), excellent understanding of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and project accounting
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Advanced communication skills and understanding of change management principles, strong team player
• •High level of accuracy and proactive, hands-on approach to tasks, strong delivery attitude, analytical and problem-solving mindset

Aufgaben

• •Act as a consulting partner between internal stakeholders and Finance CSS Centers
• •Drive proactive stakeholder management through recurring business partner meetings
• •Build a deep understanding of each Business Unit's operational landscape
• •Develop and update training materials and standardized templates
• •Monitor local finance processes to ensure adherence to Group Accounting & Reporting policies
• •Lead in-depth analysis of balance sheet items to identify risks and opportunities
• •Collaborate with the Internal Control team to design and execute local internal controls
• •Act as the local change leader for finance-related systems and processes
