- Relevant professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally international corporate environment
- In-depth knowledge of accounting, financial statement preparation, taxes, and reporting
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Analytical thinking, high affinity for numbers, structured working method
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills
- Leadership skills and experience in employee development
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with ERP and reporting systems is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Ensure legal and policy-compliant accounting
- Prepare annual financial statements with management and tax advisors
- Develop and optimize reporting and controlling systems
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and derive business insights
- Budget, forecast, and plan strategically
- Organize electronic invoice processing
- Structure and develop the Finance & Accounting department
- Prepare and review tax reports
- Support billing and invoicing for new customers
- Manage financial post-merger integration
- Harmonize accounting standards and integrate into reporting
- Serve as a central interface to accounting, FP&A, and external auditors
- Ensure consistency, quality, and transparency of financial reports
- Implement efficient finance processes and systems
- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting team
- Conduct regular performance and employee reviews
