- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years finance experience with accounting and team leadership focus
- Shared Services environment experience (plus)
- Solid accounting expertise and process understanding (AP, AR, Credit Management)
- SAP proficiency; S/4HANA familiarity (asset)
- Strong IFRS and local statutory accounting standards knowledge
- Proven project leadership and process improvement drive
- Fluent German and English communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
Aufgaben
- Lead cross-country teams in DACH Front Office
- Focus on Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Accounts Payable, and Travel Expense activities
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Foster a business partnering mindset
- Ensure compliance with local GAAP and country regulations
- Collaborate with Finance Common Shared Service Center teams
- Drive smooth end-to-end process execution
- Enhance service quality and internal customer satisfaction
- Support audits and maintain robust internal controls
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to global finance projects
- Ensure team compliance with internal policies and external regulations
