Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• •5+ years of experience in finance with focus on accounting and team leadership
• •Experience in a Shared Services environment
• •Solid accounting expertise and process understanding
• •Proficient in SAP; familiarity with S/4HANA
• •Strong knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting standards
• •Proven ability to lead projects and drive process improvements
• •Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills
• •Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• •Lead regional teams in Accounts Receivable and Credit Management
• •Oversee business partnering for Accounts Payable and Travel Expense
• •Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• •Ensure compliance with local GAAP and country regulations
• •Collaborate with Finance Shared Service Center teams for process execution
• •Drive service quality and enhance internal customer satisfaction
• •Support audits and maintain robust internal controls
