Anforderungen
- Very good French skills (C1 level)
- Good English skills (B2 level)
- Communication talent with service-oriented attitude
- Interest in social media, online media, or digital marketing
- Flexibility to cover rotating shifts
- Confidence in using a computer
- Residence in Germany
- Meeting technical requirements for remote work
- Willingness to continuously develop
- Experience in customer service
- Completed vocational training and experience in customer support
- Encouragement for career changers and re-entering workforce
- Valid work permit for Germany
Aufgaben
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
- Explain technical issues clearly and friendly, especially via chat
- Handle additional tasks via email and process requests reliably
- Engage with customers by phone for follow-ups after chat interactions
- Manage user inquiries about verification and identity checks
- Address reports of discrimination or inappropriate behavior sensitively
- Identify potential identity theft or fake accounts and take action
- Support users with challenges related to reach and visibility
- Answer questions about monetization and related features
- Assist with account access issues to ensure safe profile usage
- Contribute to maintaining a safe digital environment for users
