Aufgaben
- Calculate route-to-market and feasibility studies
- Perform transport benchmarks for direct shipment projects
- Make decisions and recommendations on route-to-market
- Calculate customer prices for articles via the RDC
- Coordinate MIS processes for new assortment start-up
- Focus on continuous improvement
- Develop concepts and align with the commercial team for targets
- Initiate changes for growth, brand, or new assortments
- Analyze complex problems for decision-making and approval
- Fine-tune feasibility and solutions within flow management
- Coordinate and collaborate with commercial departments and countries
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on supply chain matters
- Act within defined targets for international flow management
- Develop, propose, and implement changes
- Collaborate with suppliers on international flow management
- Align with suppliers on supply flows and requirements
- Monitor and steer supplier performance
- Implement corrective actions and escalations for suppliers
- Coordinate contractually applicable penalties
- Align on penalties with Commercial and SCM
