- Oversee daily operations managed by Logistics Service Providers
- Resolve operational issues with Logistics Service Providers
- Ensure compliance with Metro standards
- Monitor LSP performance against SLAs
- Report SLA deviations
- Coordinate corrective actions for LSPs
- Identify process improvements
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs
- Ensure stock accuracy
- Review inventory reports
- Investigate inventory discrepancies
- Initiate corrective measures for inventory
- Track logistics costs
- Ensure budget compliance for logistics
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics
- Assist in quality control from a logistics perspective
- Perform root cause analysis for product damages
- Perform root cause analysis for quality deviations
- Report KPIs regularly
- Analyze performance trends
- Develop improvement plans
