Anforderungen
- 5+ years of hands-on experience
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management, or related subject
- Solid understanding of international trade and supply chain processes
- Proven negotiating skills with international suppliers
- Problem-solving capacity and analytical thinking skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
Aufgaben
- Lead, develop, and facilitate the Supplier Collaboration process
- Provide a single point of contact for corrective and proactive supplier actions globally
- Lead the development of the SCM Supplier Collaboration strategy
- Share, enhance, and accelerate Supplier Collaboration knowledge and best practices across countries
- Manage the further development and improvement of the Supplier Collaboration Tool (SCOT)
- Facilitate the roll-out and adoption of SCOT in all countries and with all suppliers
- Ensure up-to-date market and industry knowledge on Supplier Collaboration
- Develop and implement innovation and market best practices
- Steer global development of Supplier Collaboration practice
- Define and execute strategic measures to improve supplier On Time and In Full (OTIF) performance
- Facilitate the adoption of standard process and IT solutions in all Metro countries to monitor supplier performance
- Create ground for further development and innovation in supplier performance monitoring
- Lead the international Supplier Collaboration community
- Facilitate experience sharing between country organizations and global suppliers
- Improve global collaboration with key international suppliers to reach higher service levels
- Deliver key strategic initiatives with international suppliers
- Leverage generative AI tools to improve productivity in Supplier Collaboration
- Leverage generative AI tools for knowledge management in Supplier Collaboration
- Leverage generative AI tools for training content development in Supplier Collaboration
- Leverage generative AI tools for communication within the Supplier Collaboration area
