Anforderungen
- 4-6 years Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP, Customer Supply Chain, or Integrated Business Planning experience
- Experience in international FMCG, Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing, or Distribution environment
- Proven stakeholder collaboration across countries and functions
- Customer-facing supply chain roles with planning responsibilities (highly desirable)
- Planning systems exposure (e.g. Blue Yonder, SAP, Relex)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modelling)
- Experience with Strategy, Looker, Power BI or equivalent analytics/reporting tools
- Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g. Blue Yonder, Relex, SAP)
- Understanding of Integrated Demand & Supply planning system parameters (advantage)
Aufgaben
- Lead forecasting reviews with assigned countries
- Review baseline forecasts with countries
- Challenge forecast assumptions
- Identify demand risks and opportunities
- Ensure alignment with commercial and supply planning objectives
- Analyze inventory performance, stock days, and forecast coverage
- Analyze excess inventory and slow movers
- Propose actions to optimize working capital
- Maintain target service levels
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and planning systems
- Identify demand patterns and forecast biases
- Identify root causes of forecast deviations
- Support monthly demand and supply review cycles
- Provide insights on forecast evolution
- Provide insights on product availability risks
- Provide insights on mitigation actions
- Develop demand scenarios
- Assess potential supply chain impacts from promotions, assortment changes, market trends, or supply disruptions
- Coordinate demand planning for new product launches
- Coordinate demand planning for range changes
- Coordinate demand planning for phase-in/phase-out initiatives
- Coordinate demand planning for seasonal products
- Act as super-user for planning tools and systems
- Act as key business contributor for planning tools and systems
- Support continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies
- Support continuous improvement of master data quality
- Support continuous improvement of planning parameters
- Monitor key supply chain KPIs
- Drive improvements in Forecast Accuracy
- Drive improvements in Forecast Bias
- Drive improvements in Availability
- Drive improvements in Inventory Health
- Drive improvements in OTIF
- Drive improvements in Service Levels
