- Drive global standardization and harmonization of HR systems
- Maintain global policies, standards, and frameworks
- Coordinate global HR IT projects, rollouts, testing, and releases
- Act as interface between HR, IT, and Global Transaction Center
- Provide technical support and continuous process improvements
