Aufgaben
- Develop a global HR analytics strategy
- Drive predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Establish HR data governance frameworks
- Ensure data accuracy and GDPR compliance
- Define and monitor key HR KPIs
- Design interactive dashboards using Power BI
- Provide data-driven recommendations to management
- Partner with Finance, IT, and HR stakeholders
- Lead machine learning and AI adoption initiatives
- Benchmark internal practices against industry standards
- Manage mass data processing and HRIS concepts
- Implement metrics to determine workforce efficiency
- Provide regular and ad-hoc trend statistics
- Support the technical connection with Controlling
- Analyze global workforce data for personnel decisions
- Assist with quarterly and year-end closing operations
- Support sustainability reporting and audits
