Aufgaben
- Drive strategic planning and decision support for the GM
- Prepare insights, scenarios, and recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure clarity on priorities
- Ensure timelines are met and initiatives move from concept to execution
- Produce high-quality executive communications, including business reviews and presentations
- Create dashboards and stakeholder updates
- Lead the operational rhythm of the Office of the GM
- Manage leadership meetings, agendas, pre-reads, and action tracking
- Monitor performance metrics and identify issues early
- Propose process or execution improvements
- Act as a hub across teams and external partners to maintain alignment
