Aufgaben
- Drive CEO agenda across all functions
- Build and enforce clear operating cadence
- Create full transparency on performance metrics
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks early
- Translate company strategy into executable plans
- Align CEO direct reports on priorities and timelines
- Track execution rigorously and intervene as needed
- Act as sparring partner to senior leadership
- Work closely with Finance on P&L, balance sheet, and liquidity
- Understand and challenge core financial drivers
- Support investor communication and board preparation
- Ensure data-driven and fast decision-making
- Apply AI to company operations
- Identify and automate workflows
- Deploy tools to increase speed and quality
- Push for continuous improvement in execution
- Own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
- Run due diligence and support integration efforts
- Solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems quickly and clearly
