In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with the CFO to manage daily operations and drive strategic initiatives. Your work will involve preparing insightful presentations, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across the organization.

Anforderungen

• •Outstanding academic record in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• •1-2 years full-time work experience in management consulting, investment banking, finance, business development, or demanding environment
• •Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• •Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• •Excellent communication skills in English and German
• •Berlin-based or willingness to relocate

Aufgaben

• •Act as the primary point of contact for the CFO
• •Ensure effective communication across the organization
• •Build relationships with external stakeholders
• •Prepare high-quality presentations and reports
• •Create decision papers for management and Board meetings
• •Manage strategic and finance-related projects independently
• •Support the Annual General Meeting and Board Meetings
• •Assist with Quarterly Earnings Calls
• •Oversee and prioritize the CFO’s calendar and inbox
• •Anticipate needs and solve challenges proactively
• •Plan and coordinate meetings and business travel
• •Organize special events with exceptional attention to detail
• •Handle confidential information with professionalism
