EUROPEAN ACCOUNT MANAGER – Pharma / Biotech / Life Sciences / Cold Chain Packaging(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- •3–5 years of experience in Pharma, Biotech, Temperature-Controlled Packaging or 3PL
- •Excellent communication skills at decision-maker level
- •Proven sales track record
- •Strong in Value Selling and navigating complex decision-making structures
- •Experience across European markets
- •Confident interacting with diverse cultures and buying behaviors
- •Self-driven, remote-proven, highly organized
- •Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
- •Professional, goal-oriented approach
- •Excellent English skills
- •Additional EU languages (German, French, Spanish or Italian) are a strong plus
- •Experience in Temperature Controlled Packaging
- •Experience building distributor networks
- •CRM proficiency

- •Build a qualified pipeline across Europe
- •Identify and engage key decision-makers
- •Develop and implement a Europe-wide Go-to-Market strategy
- •Conduct technical product presentations for ICECATCH®, PROTECT®, and retecma solutions
- •Establish distributors, strategic partners, and channel networks
- •Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events across Europe
- •Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- •Expand existing Pharma and Biotech customers through cross-selling and upselling
- •Manage key accounts up to C-level
- •Collaborate with QA, R&D, Marketing, and Operations on project delivery
- •Run regular business reviews and forecasting
- •Support validations, testing procedures, and technical onboarding
- •Build long-term, sustainable partnerships
