Anforderungen
- 5+ years enterprise sales, channel/distribution management, or strategic B2B business development in SaaS, fitness, technology, or solution-driven industries
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, long decision-making processes, and cross-functional coordination
- Experience building and maintaining successful international partner relationships and scaling revenue through influence
- Comfortable positioning integrated hardware and SaaS solutions, translating customer challenges into scalable commercial solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, confident engaging with C-level executives, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Proactive, structured, and highly self-motivated with ability to operate independently in fast-changing international environments
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 30%)

- Identify and develop enterprise opportunities
- Position EGYM as the preferred fitness technology partner
- Lead enterprise sales cycles from discovery to contract closure
- Build trusted relationships with distribution partners
- Scale enterprise business through strategic territory development
- Collaborate on pipeline management and forecasting
- Create compelling business cases and ROI models
- Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Contribute market insights to product innovation
- Maintain a transparent and structured sales pipeline
