- Managing decentralized portfolios of major accounts
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in SaaS, consulting, staffing, or IT services
- Strong discipline in sales methodologies
- MEDDIC fundamentals mastery
- Data-driven CRM management
- Navigating long and complex sales cycles
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Leading teams of comparable size
- Coach type of manager
- Experience in hiring, growing, promoting, and managing performance
- Transforming framework agreements into strategic plans
- Aligning plans with client business objectives
- Proactive mindset for farming within large organizations
- Enjoyment of hunting for new expansion opportunities
- Hands-on approach in the field

- Highly experienced in business operations
- Forecast management experience

- Structuring complex deployments into clear projects

Aufgaben
- Lead and grow significant local Enterprise accounts
- Manage a team of 3 to 4 Key Account Managers
- Supervise 2 to 6 KAMs across multiple countries
- Ensure proper management of key accounts
- Achieve commercial objectives
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings
- Support professional development through yearly reviews
- Define commercial strategy for the territory
- Set priorities and manage forecasting
- Monitor KPIs like business volume and growth
- Build trust-based relationships with C-level executives
- Engage proactively with customers in the field
- Develop existing client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities
- Act as main point of contact for internal teams
- Drive joint KPIs with Finance, Project, Customer Services, Marketing, and Tech
- Engage with Malt leadership team for strategic growth
