- Proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making
- Skilled in assessing business opportunities and buyer personas
- Proven track record in orchestrating deal closure
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex sales
- Fluency in German

- Create specific points of view for lighthouse accounts
- Run tailored product demonstrations for People Leaders
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Guide prospects through the sales process
- Develop and present compelling business cases
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline deal closure
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data
- Serve as a trusted advisor for existing customers
- Identify and mitigate retention risks
- Create tailored Account Plans
- Conduct regular strategic reviews
- Uncover expansion opportunities
- Optimize customer engagement with the platform
- Build a pipeline of upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Achieve expansion targets
- Establish multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders
