Enterprise Account Executive - EMEA(m/w/x)

In this role, you will drive the sales process for Enterprise Accounts, focusing on new client acquisition while also expanding existing relationships. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve identifying opportunities, crafting business cases, and guiding prospects through evaluations, all while leveraging strong communication skills and product knowledge.

- •Proactivity in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- •Strong track record in Enterprise SaaS sales
- •High skill in discovery
- •Strong business acumen
- •Fluency in product knowledge
- •Ability to communicate clearly
- •Skill in guiding prospects through evaluations
- •Enjoyment of becoming an expert
- •Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- •Fluency in German, French, or Spanish
- •Experience selling to Talent or People leaders
- •Expectation for Marketing or BDRs to source pipeline
- •Preference for established playbooks in defined environments
- •Belief that technical aspects are SE's responsibility

Aufgaben
- •Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closed-won
- •Focus on acquiring new logo accounts
- •Expand and upsell within existing business accounts
- •Identify and pursue new business opportunities proactively
- •Source over 50% of your own pipeline
- •Close $100k sales and consistently overachieve $1M+ quotas
- •Win competitive rip-and-replace opportunities
- •Conduct thorough discovery to identify business drivers
- •Craft compelling business cases linking technical problems to business impacts
- •Deliver micro-demos confidently before engaging SE partners
- •Communicate complex concepts clearly and simply
- •Guide prospects through the evaluation process
- •Engage the right stakeholders to create consensus
- •Tailor discussions to address each prospect’s unique challenges
- •Send timely follow-up emails and maintain detailed CRM updates
