Anforderungen
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven success in expanding accounts and winning new business
- Experience selling ERP, CRM, Finance, or Revenue/Subscription solutions
- Strong strategic thinking and mapping technology to business outcomes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and English
- Structured, reliable, ownership-driven work style
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Salesforce CRM experience and MEDDIC familiarity
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Willingness to travel within the region when required
Aufgaben
- Complete onboarding and sales training
- Own the DACH territory and develop account plans
- Engage with C-level stakeholders to shape strategies
- Lead complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles
- Identify and secure cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Exceed revenue and renewal targets consistently
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success
- Forecast and manage business using sales methodology
- Represent customer voice and coordinate internal teams
