Anforderungen
- Five years of experience in sales or existing customer management with SaaS B2B clients, ideally in a scale-up
- Two to three years of experience in a managerial role with demonstrated team performance improvement through individual support and coaching
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of complex process structures
- Proven track record of achieving strategic goals using KPIs
- Communicative, highly organised, and able to establish goal-oriented working relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent German language skills (C2)
- English language skills (min. C1)

- Maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Develop strategies for Customer Lifetime Value
- Lead and coach 5 Account Managers

- Manage KPI reporting and forecasting
- Derive strategic recommendations
- Shape portfolio structuring
- Implement Salesforce processes
- Represent the Account Management Team internally
- Act as a bridge to other units
- Support complex contract negotiations externally
