- No prior doctoral degree at recruitment

- Master’s degree or equivalent in Materials Science, Electrochemistry, Chemistry, Applied Physics or related disciplines

- Good knowledge of electrochemistry

Aufgaben
- Develop sustainable, fluorine-lean liquid electrolytes
- Benchmark conventional carbonate- and ether-based electrolytes
- Design safer fluorine-free or fluorine-lean alternatives
- Use NaBOB, low-toxicity solvents, and functional additives
- Apply green-chemistry and circularity criteria
- Engineer solid-liquid and solid-solid-liquid interfaces
- Develop and validate tailored formation procedures
- Correlate protocols with initial Coulombic efficiency
- Analyze impedance growth and capacity retention
- Evaluate interphase stability for anode/cathode combinations
- Conduct multimodal analysis and advanced electrochemical diagnostics
- Collaborate with DC#3 and DC#5 on interphase chemistry
- Quantify ion transport and interphase signatures using NMR
- Stay 4 months at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden
- Work on robotic electrolyte formulation at P&L Scientific AB
- Stay 3 months at P&L Scientific AB, Sweden
- Conduct high-throughput cell assembly and conditioning
