Anforderungen
- Experience in hyper growth and building fast-moving organizations at scale
- Proven record of leading and managing successful Enterprise and Strategic sales teams
- Expert team builder and leader with ability to inspire and create loyalty
- Existing influential customer relationships and understanding of security threat landscape
- Extensive local eco-system knowledge in the cyber security market
- Excellent knowledge of market and contacts with large enterprises in the region
- Ability to use SFDC effectively
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- Fluency in English and local regional language required
Aufgaben
- Lead and manage a team of Strategic Account Managers
- Coach and inspire team members to achieve sales targets
- Develop sales strategies for large accounts with over 15,000 employees
- Engage directly with large customer opportunities
- Define and report on sales performance metrics
- Forecast and analyze sales deals
- Create and implement strategic and tactical revenue plans
- Collaborate with Channel Sales to define partner plans
- Drive incremental revenue through channel partnerships
- Stay informed about the company's competitive positioning
- Work with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Support to close deals
- Enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth
