- Ensure infrastructure supports millions of primary accounts
- Integrate new products like kids' cards
- Manage data sets, subledgers, and source systems
- Ensure financial data is industrial-grade and aligned with products
- Optimize book-close process for 3-business-day fast close
- Navigate evolving regulatory landscape
- Make strategic decisions with incomplete information
- Lead team through radical transformation
- Provide clear direction under high pressure
- Maintain high standards during tight deadlines
- Interface between Finance, Product, and Risk
- Seamlessly integrate new launches into financial reporting
- Design accounting frameworks for European scaling
- Implement HGB and IFRS compliance
