Anforderungen
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

- Headquarters experience of international group and/or listed parent company
- German fluency (written and spoken)
- English fluency (written and spoken)
- Strong technical accounting expertise under HGB
- Solid IFRS knowledge
- Practical experience in preparing statutory financial statements (HGB)
- Practical experience in preparing IFRS group reporting packages
- In-depth understanding of period-end closing processes
- Extensive experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA
- Experience with OneStream for reporting and consolidation (plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to Dive Deep into financial data
Aufgaben
- Prepare financial statements for company and German subholdings
- Compile IFRS reporting packages for group consolidation
- Manage month-end close activities
- Execute accruals and provisions
- Perform account reconciliations
- Analyze and review GL accounts
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in financial records
- Coordinate external audits
- Support auditors and internal stakeholders
- Act as SAP S/4HANA expert for GL-related topics
- Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes
- Automate accounting processes
- Handle fair value and amortized cost accounting
- Manage provisions and IFRS 16 lease accounting
- Handle intercompany recharges
- Conduct accounting analysis of M&A contracts
- Support group-internal mergers and system migrations
