- 8+ years of relevant experience in group reporting, consolidation, or technical accounting
- Background in a Big 4 firm strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and external reporting experience
- Experience in international, multi-entity environments
- Familiarity with consolidation tools and ERP systems (Workday experience is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with focus on process improvement
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACA or equivalent preferred
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Aufgaben
- Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial statements
- Lead annual external reporting, including footnotes and checklists
- Manage relationships with internal and external auditors
- Research and implement new accounting standards
- Assess impact of new accounting standards on the business
- Advise senior management on IFRS standards
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and manuals
- Manage external accounting providers
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting across entities
- Provide technical accounting support on complex topics
- Support strategic initiatives from a group reporting perspective
- Strengthen and document financial reporting controls
- Drive improvements in reporting processes and systems
