- Familiarity with associated export regulations
- ACA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- Experience implementing new ERP systems
- Embedding financial AI tooling into existing workflows
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms
- Track record of building/restructuring accounting teams
- Track record of building/restructuring accounting processes
- Experience during periods of rapid growth
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop an international accounting team
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements
- Ensure consistent and reliable reporting across the group
- Manage statutory filings under HGB and IFRS
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records
- Architect and improve internal finance workflows
- Leverage automation and AI for finance processes
- Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisers, and banks
- Support liquidity planning and monitor payment transactions
- Drive development and optimization of SAP and finance platforms
