- Drive process improvements with automation and technology
- Organize compliant internal and external reporting
- Build relationships with banks, accounting offices, and financial authorities
- Oversee external service providers
- Monitor and manage company cash flow and foreign exchange
- Analyze key financial metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with CFO and senior leaders on financial strategies
- Support cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Guide due diligence for funding rounds
- Provide leadership and development
