- Manage payroll and training programs
- Lead HR teams at Weingarten and Stuttgart, and the Head of HR at Herbold Meckesheim
- Ensure efficient HR processes and develop effective HR solutions
- Advise and support management on HR matters
- Collaborate with employee representatives and negotiate works agreements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Plan workforce needs and execute succession planning
- Participate in and manage HR projects
- Prepare regular reports and analyze HR key figures
