Anforderungen
- •5+ years leading demand generation in B2B SaaS
- •Operational leadership and hands-on building
- •Multi-channel expertise in outbound, events/webinars, ABM, partner co-marketing, paid media, and inbound nurture
- •MarTech fluency with CRM, marketing automation platforms, sales engagement tools, intent data, analytics, and reporting
- •Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills
- •Inspiring team leadership with mentoring and coaching skills
- •Builder mindset with solution orientation and entrepreneurial spirit

- •Build and own the demand generation engine across all channels
- •Design and execute multi-channel campaigns for new business pipeline
- •Manage MQL/SQL generation and brand elevation
- •Oversee the quarterly demand generation forecast
- •Align with BDR and sales objectives and revenue targets
- •Optimize the entire funnel from cold list acquisition to inbound nurture streams
- •Lead, mentor, and hire team members
- •Set targets, manage budgets, and report results autonomously
- •Collaborate with Business Development to create effective lists and outbound sequences
- •Track performance metrics from MQL to Closed-Won
- •Leverage data to optimize campaign performance continuously
- •Ensure strategic alignment with CMO, Sales, Partnerships, and Business Development
- •Innovate using ABM, marketing automation, and cutting-edge SaaS marketing practices
