- Operational leadership and hands-on building
- Multi-channel expertise in outbound, events/webinars, ABM, partner co-marketing, paid media, and inbound nurture
- MarTech fluency with CRM, marketing automation platforms, sales engagement tools, intent data, analytics, and reporting
- Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills
- Inspiring team leadership with mentoring and coaching skills
- Builder mindset with solution orientation and entrepreneurial spirit
Aufgaben
- Build and own the demand generation engine across all channels
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns for new business pipeline
- Manage MQL/SQL generation and brand elevation
- Oversee the quarterly demand generation forecast
- Align with BDR and sales objectives and revenue targets
- Optimize the entire funnel from cold list acquisition to inbound nurture streams
- Lead, mentor, and hire team members
- Set targets, manage budgets, and report results autonomously
- Collaborate with Business Development to create effective lists and outbound sequences
- Track performance metrics from MQL to Closed-Won
- Leverage data to optimize campaign performance continuously
- Ensure strategic alignment with CMO, Sales, Partnerships, and Business Development
- Innovate using ABM, marketing automation, and cutting-edge SaaS marketing practices
