- Broad marketing expertise across core functions
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- In-depth understanding of educational landscape

- Experienced in setting up business KPIs
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams
- Ability to analyse complex data
- Fluency in English is essential
- Proficiency in German and/or Spanish is a plus

- Act as key marketing contact for various departments.
- Represent marketing in board meetings and leadership events.
- Manage internal service providers for campaign execution.
- Own and monitor the full marketing budget.
- Ensure effective budget use aligned with growth objectives.
- Track and report on core marketing KPIs.
