- Fluency in German and English
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong motivation for continuous learning and HR expertise expansion
- Solid grounding in SAP solution portfolio, partners, markets, and competition (plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related field (equivalent experience welcomed)

- Guide conversations to successful deal closure
- Deliver creative and remarkable customer presentations
- Showcase SAP solutions for specific customer requirements
- Assess customer priorities and transformation strategies

- Respond to RfX inquiries by set deadlines
- Involve partners in opportunities
- Support partners to sell effectively
- Generate digital content for business development campaigns
- Deliver webinars
- Create scalable digital content
- Develop best practices for advisory services
