- Establish and oversee customer Centers of Excellence
- Implement continuous improvement process operating rhythms
- Build trusted C-suite relationships through strategic planning
- Manage the North American Executive Briefing Center team
- Develop methodologies, playbooks, and training for account teams
- Set up governance models to track ROI
- Participate in CIO and GBS councils to reduce churn
- Represent the company at key industry technology conferences
- Collaborate with product teams on industry value offerings
