Aufgaben
- Act as primary contact for assigned customer accounts
- Maintain accurate customer profiles and documentation
- Conduct business and quality reviews
- Conduct welcome calls for new customers
- Provide training on UPS Capital systems and processes
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payment
- Liaise with Finance & Accounting to resolve issues
- Collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities
- Support retention efforts by addressing customer concerns
- Support service failure recovery and escalate issues
- Track shipments and prepare performance reports
- Work closely with Claims, Sales, and F&A teams
- Provide backup support across customer accounts
