- Experience in Salesforce, Gainsight, GAM, GCM is a plus

Aufgaben
- Understand the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Build knowledge of IAS products and processes.
- Oversee client health, onboarding, and renewals.
- Act as the main contact for assigned clients.
- Provide timely problem resolution and escalations.
- Prepare regular reports and analyze client activity.
- Develop trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Ensure successful delivery of IAS solutions.
- Assist with critical customer requests and escalations.
- Identify at-risk scenarios and enact solutions.
- Drive upsell opportunities with the Sales team.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key clients.
- Track customer engagements in internal systems.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Onboard new customers effectively.
- Communicate product enhancements to clients.
- Share industry knowledge and account-specific insights.
