Anforderungen
- Proactive mindset and customer success passion
- Experience as Customer Success or Account Manager
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Strong verbal adaptability and communication skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, or related field
- Valid driver’s license
- Affinity with the hospitality industry (plus)
- Willingness to travel in DACH region
- Residence in or around Berlin (preferred)
Aufgaben
- Manage financial performance for an assigned customer portfolio
- Drive daily turnover growth through internal collaboration
- Implement new upselling initiatives across regional groups
- Coordinate shop-opening activities within the North Germany region
- Lead customer onboarding and seamless integration processes
- Conduct regular performance reviews and relationship management meetings
- Provide tailored solutions based on unique customer needs
- Analyze success metrics and feedback to improve processes
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Measure customer satisfaction using NPS tools
- Execute tasks with a focus on follow-through and results
