Anforderungen
- •Proactive mindset and customer success passion
- •Experience as Customer Success or Account Manager
- •Experience in data analysis and reporting
- •Proficiency with CRM systems
- •Strong verbal adaptability and communication skills
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, or related field
- •Valid driver’s license
- •Affinity with the hospitality industry (plus)
- •Willingness to travel in DACH region
- •Residence in or around Berlin (preferred)

- •Implement new upselling initiatives across regional groups
- •Coordinate shop-opening activities within the North Germany region
- •Lead customer onboarding and seamless integration processes
- •Conduct regular performance reviews and relationship management meetings
- •Provide tailored solutions based on unique customer needs
- •Analyze success metrics and feedback to improve processes
- •Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- •Measure customer satisfaction using NPS tools
- •Execute tasks with a focus on follow-through and results
