- Ensure compliance with safety and trade guidelines
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley
- Collaborate with global peers to improve practices
- Manage customer satisfaction and regional strategic deliverables
- Partner with commercial teams on discovery calls
- Support business targets through customer insights
- Participate as a member of Discovery Skills faculty
- Maintain strategic relationships within business units
- Translate business strategies into actionable team tasks
- Coach team members for career progression
- Utilize KPIs to initiate improvement opportunities
- Enhance order-to-cash processes and service delivery
- Roll out new performance monitoring capabilities
- Drive adoption of digital e-tools
- Leverage Center of Excellence for best practices
- Make decisions based on systematic fact reviews
- Communicate clear rationales for recommendations and options
- Represent customer service in leadership meetings
- Create an inspiring and inclusive work environment
- Attract, hire, and retain future talent
- Lead and support customer service projects
- Research external trends to inform service strategy
