- •Enter and process orders accurately within the system
- •Collect and manage distributor invoices
- •Address all order and delivery-related requests professionally
- •Notify distributors regarding shipment schedules and documentation
- •Coordinate with logistics teams to arrange required deliveries
- •Collaborate with Product Managers to align services with distributor needs
- •Act as a communication link between distributors and internal departments
- •Resolve operational issues through cross-functional teamwork
- •Support initiatives to improve the distributor experience and internal processes
