Aufgaben

• •Execute international order processing from entry to invoicing
• •Manage customer orders for the Austrian production facility
• •Interface between customers and internal departments like production and logistics
• •Handle inquiries regarding order status and product availability
• •Coordinate general order flow to ensure timely delivery
• •Collaborate with global stakeholders across the US, Europe, and Asia
• •Communicate with German and Austrian customers via phone and email
• •Support service processes to meet team sales goals
• •Escalate critical issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
• •Maintain standardized processes within the order management team
