- Advise customers on DKV services
- Represent DKV as a reliable partner
- Process new customer applications
- Handle customer complaints and protests
- Manage credit and total blocks
- Order and block DKV identification items
- Send DKV identification items and onboarding documents
- Maintain pricing and conditions data
- Monitor incoming payments
- Monitor credit limit overruns
- Prepare and issue quotations
