- Escalate procurement needs to partners or production
- Facilitate global delivery of spare parts
- Use technical and commercial data to resolve grounded aircraft situations
- Prioritize daily workloads to handle high-priority cases
- Respond to inquiries regarding Satair and Airbus services
- Challenge existing processes to define enhanced standards
- Enhance customer satisfaction and internal communication
