Aufgaben

• •Provide functional guidance and operational leadership
• •Lead assigned shifts for the AOG team
• •Manage the full lifecycle of customer material orders
• •Source and expedite critical aircraft parts
• •Escalate procurement needs to partners or production
• •Facilitate global delivery of spare parts
• •Use technical and commercial data to resolve grounded aircraft situations
• •Prioritize daily workloads to handle high-priority cases
• •Respond to inquiries regarding Satair and Airbus services
• •Challenge existing processes to define enhanced standards
• •Enhance customer satisfaction and internal communication
