Team Lead - Customer Support (Level 4)(m/w/x)

- Commercial training in wholesale, logistics, or higher education
- At least five years of experience in customer service or sales in aviation, logistics, or wholesale
- Good written and spoken English skills (Level B2 or higher)
- Experience in supervising employees
- Extensive experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Previous experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Education/experience through advanced education and typically 5 or more years of related work experience
- Current legal authorization to work in Germany
Aufgaben
- Respond to high-profile customer issues
- Research situations and advise on resolutions
- Lead analysis and reviews of customer maintenance operations
- Provision spare parts requirements
- Evaluate competitors' products and services
- Manage internal customer service for after-sales activities
- Lead escalations with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee order processing and administration
- Monitor deadlines in coordination with materials management
- Ensure on-time deliveries with the shipping department
- Facilitate development of part package proposals
- Support transactional sales with the sales department
- Advise customers on order status and changes
- Follow up on order improvements
- Create extended reports for upper leadership
- Identify and implement best practices with management
- Support and lead a team in resolving difficulties
