- Proficiency in ERP and CRM tools, particularly SAP and Salesforce
- Experience in managing sales team and delivering revenue targets
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to tailor messages to customers across multiple levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly motivated, self-directed individual with strong leadership skills
