As a Customer Contracts Manager, you will draft and negotiate contracts while managing their lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and harmonizing customer experiences across various sites.

Anforderungen

• •Ability to travel for work
• •Degree in Law, Business, Finance, (Aerospace) Engineering, or equivalent experience
• •Several years of experience in international commercial contracting or legal environment
• •Several years of experience in drafting and/or negotiating commercial contracts in English or equivalent experience
• •Understanding of English law regarding commercial contracts
• •High degree of business understanding
• •Customer minded with strong intercultural understanding
• •Diplomacy, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• •Strong stakeholder and relationship management
• •Ability to reach agreements on a non-confrontational win-win basis
• •Team player with a positive attitude
• •Ability to participate in transversal, international projects
• •Ability to work in a self-directed, autonomous mode
• •English language skills at negotiation level, additional languages a plus

• •Provide guidance on contractual compliance
• •Assist internal stakeholders with contractual topics
• •Support Airbus campaigns with negotiation guidance
• •Drive digitalization of contract lifecycle management
