- Diplomacy, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management

- Ability to participate in transversal, international projects
- Ability to work in a self-directed, autonomous mode
- English language skills at negotiation level, additional languages a plus

- Build and draft commercial contracts
- Negotiate and approve contracts
- Manage the contract lifecycle
- Implement and follow up on amendments and renewals
- Handle contract terminations and disputes
- Harmonize customer contracting experiences
- Support management of commercial policies
- Provide guidance on contractual compliance
- Assist internal stakeholders with contractual topics
- Support Airbus campaigns with negotiation guidance
- Drive digitalization of contract lifecycle management
