- •2+ years in customer research or UX insights
- •University degree in Marketing Research, Data Analytics, Psychology, Business, or related field
- •Excellent written and spoken English and German
- •Ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives
- •Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration
- •Experience with data visualization, regression, and trend analysis

- •Integrate research insights with FullStory for a comprehensive view of customer behavior
- •Develop and present data-driven reports and dashboards to stakeholders
- •Highlight key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations
- •Collaborate with Product, CX, and Data teams to prioritize improvements
- •Partner with third-party research agencies for project execution
- •Build and maintain analytical models linking customer sentiment and product usage
