- Set up client accounts
- Onboard Malt Open freelancers quickly
- Manage freelancer onboarding from invitation to payment
- Deliver a high-quality freelancer experience
- Pitch platform benefits to clients
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries
- Escalate client inquiries to internal stakeholders
- Manage manual client processes
- Manage manual project processes
- Validate quotes for non-autonomous clients
- Validate timesheets for non-autonomous clients
- Oversee Purchase Order (PO) management
- Manage billing-related topics
- Facilitate smooth invoicing flows
- Provide administrative support for VMS staffing
- Provide administrative support for documentation processes
- Anticipate ending projects
- Support the project renewal process
- Act as a Business Partner to Account Managers
- Build strong collaboration with Account Managers
- Build strong relationships with Account Managers
- Become an expert on client contracts
- Ensure correct application of client contracts
- Ensure business delivery success
