Cross Program Coordination Manager(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Informatics, or related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in program or project management
• Experience in CRM or adjacent enterprise programs with cross-platform dependencies
• Experience managing cross-program dependencies and stakeholder interfaces
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of governance structures and decision-making processes
• Proficiency in office and project collaboration tools
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented work style
• Fluency in English and ideally German

Aufgaben

• Coordinate CRM initiatives across adjacent enterprise programs
• Manage dependencies with SAP and Master Data programs
• Align Digital Technology initiatives including CMS and DAM
• Coordinate Commercial Excellence initiatives like Tender and Pricing
• Manage Salesforce Effectiveness and Commercial Analytics dependencies
• Drive cross-program alignment for timelines and scope
• Govern program risks and priorities across initiatives
• Establish a structured dependency and risk management framework
• Maintain a repository for transparent risk tracking
• Assess cross-program impacts on deliverables and objectives
• Collaborate with PMO and leadership on risk management
• Prepare structured governance inputs for steering committees
• Communicate proactively with project and program owners
• Participate in meetings to identify early project changes
• Represent Commercial Ecosystem and Enablement interests
